• Shop Online - to make things easy, you can purchase MSH collection online just by following these easy steps                    

1.  Fill in the ORDER FORM with the details required in the form. In the Order Details Box, please give the Item Name, Quantity and size for shoes; Mode of Delivery - BY POST or HOME COLLECTION; and Mode of Payment.
   
2. Once MSH received the order, MSH will check the item availability before confirming your order. MSH will then send a Confirmation of Order with details of payment to be made.
3.  Please notify MSH on the payment details for MSH to proceed with delivery of your items.

PLEASE READ THROUGH MSH STORE POLICY BEFORE ORDERING. ONCE ORDER IS MADE MSH WOULD PERCEIVE THAT YOU HAVE AGREED, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THE MSH POLICY.


  Terms and Conditions

1. Purchases direct at MSH home base are on CASH TERM only
2. For pre-order items or order of items not available in stock (APPLICABLE ONLY TO RESTOCKABLE ITEMS ONLY), 50% DEPOSIT is required upon order and Full Payment before delivery. Full payment must be made at least 7 days after being notified of the arrival of the ordered items of which after that period the orders are considered CANCEL and there will be NO REFUND on the deposits.
   
3. For all  online purchases of ready stocks,  reservation is valid only for 5 DAYS only before full payment made, or otherwise the bookings will be considered not valid.
4. Goods sold are NOT RETURNABLE ..... unless the item has major defect, MSH will refund only if the item is out of stock and exchange will only be made if the item is returned in its original condition. So in the case of shoes ordered online, please be accurate with the shoe sizes.
   

Mode of Payment for Online Purchases

Payment can be made via Western Union and Bank Transfer. Details of the accounts will be informed when payment is to be made.


Mode of Delivery

1. Delivery will be done everyday except Friday, Sunday and Public Holidays and orders will proceed on the next working day. Please give 4 to 5 days for POS LAJU to deliver your items.
2. For the pre order items, please allow 14 to 21 working days for the items to be delivered
3. Delivery charges via POS LAJU are as follows :  Brunei Muara District $3.00/kg and for other districts $4.00/kg
4. For International Orders, EMS rates will apply. Further detail will be given upon order.
